I am plannig on buyig the iphone 4s from sprint soon.
Do you guys think I should wait a few more months for the new iphone 5?
I know the i-5 will have a bigger screen then the i-4s, but I am not sure if the i-5 will be 4G capable. I know the i-4s is not and only runs on 3G, I have been a big Andriod person since they came out..
How many of you guys have the i-4s and do you like it better then Andriod ?
Please help..

I've had the EVO on sprint right before the 4S and so far I'm liking the iphone better because of how polished and smooth the phone interface is. No matter what I do on the android, there is always a glitchy feel to it. Only thing I miss from the android is the amazing navigation app from google.

Do you currently have a smart phone, or are you entering the market for the first time? If you already have one that is working OK, I have to say I'd wait. The iPhone 4S is essentially a year and a half old design (a very long time in smartphone years). The S update was just a mid-cycle upgrade adding Siri and such but basically it is the same phone as the 4.
The iPhone 5 should be a big leap. As you yourself mentioned, a [much needed] bigger screen should be on the way, and likely 4G.
I'm an Android guy myself and would never buy an iPhone. I just much prefer the bigger architecture, free open source platform, customization, ect...
I have a Droid Bionic on Verizon and love it. I wouldn't know what to recommend to you as I don't follow Sprint's offerings.
If you really want to buy now, go to the Sprint store and play with both platforms (Apple/Android/maybe even Windows) for a while and decide.

i use tomtom on the iphone but it's alright compared to how fast and integrated the google navigation is. battery life is about the same since you need to turn on the screen to check for any messages.

Personally, I use an Iphone 4 and was really bummed when 4s was just hardware improvements. I would wait for the Iphone 5 due to it will be the shiznit (Super phone) when its released. In the meantime, I would save $$ and go for a basic phone without the data plan. You probably will get a discount if you hop back onto data too. :smoking:
