Is this an option ? If so that means the rear discs are rotors right ? Then all one needs is to source these from an abs equipped model.

You can have rear drums and still have ABS on all four wheels, technically speaking.

Correction, no Yarii in the U.S. com equipped from the factory with rear Disc Brakes :) You do not know if some one did a rear disc conversion yet, also there are many Yarii not in the US that have Factory rear disc

i know it's very nice to have rear disk conversion, but.... once you've done it, does that mean you have to source your rear disks each time they are due? or do you stock up on rear disks and pads for future use?

Ok, the ABS system is not only for disc brakes, the whole system is ABS no matter if it is drums or discs. Further info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-lock_braking_system
