Assuming you don't have masses of brake dust, just grab yourself a wash mit (http://www.meguiars.com/?car-washing-tools/Super-Thick-Microfiber-Wash-Mitt) and get stuck into them with regular car wash suds - guaranteed safe for your wheels, and no chunks of flesh left behind to marr the result :)

If you've got problems with brake dust though, you'll probably want to pick up a chemical cleaner that's safe for painted/anodized finishes, like this (http://www.meguiars.com/?wheel-care/Hot-Rims-Multi-Piece-Wheel-Wash).

And yes, I'm a Meg's fan :)

You can take your top off if you want as well :)

Don't use those damn bristle type scrub brushes, they'll scratch your wheels. A rag or wash mit will do.
