Help turning off DRL

So I saw the post about turning off the DRL and actually removed the relay but the lights were still on. I know there is an auto dimmer setup in the car which I could also so without but I have no idea what HID kit was installed or what else might have been done in the process.
Any help would be much appreciated

If you have an HID kit, then you need to start at the headlights and work your way through the wiring to figure out how it is wired up. Snap an post pics and we should be able to help.

I have found it has a dei 545t auto dimmer system would this be why I can't turn off the lights with the normal drl relay removed

That is probably at least part of it.

Ok with the removal of the DRL relay and the DEI 545t the lights don't come on so I removed the DEI module and wiring completely. Thanks for the help
in the process I also found where my entry alarm system module is so that was good :)
