Alrighty, well more misfortune came my way today as I was involved in an accident. Nothing major, I was rear ended by someone who was rear ended. Some minor rear bumper damage is all. BUT! ever since, the airbag indicator won't go off. The one on the dash lit up and the passenger airbag indicator as well. Also, the passenger seatbelt flashing light won't stop flashing. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Did one of the airbags deploy? If not, the flashing passenger light indicates an issue with the occupant classification system for the passenger seat. Under the front of the passenger seat is a small black box with two connectors. Check to see that they are still plugged in.

This thread explains how to make the SRS ECU flash the main SRS light in a pattern to indicate the trouble code for the system, which takes the guess work out of it:

Well I checked the box under the seat and they are still plugged in.

Then, it's time to read the stored codes.

Alrighty, is there a list somewhere with the codes and what they mean?

Yes. In the SRS section of the service manual, which can be downloaded from the Micro Image Forum:

I got rear ended this past weekend. I'm in a similar situation now. It's flashing error code 32 now.

The airbags did not deploy during the accident and someone was sitting in the passenger sear at the time of the collision.

I tried clearing the code using methods posted in this forum and i got through it without issue (to where the light flashes steady at the end of the process) but light still wont turn off.

I checked the connections under the seat, they were properly connected and didn't look like they had been tugged on or anything.

That is odd. You are not the first to have to OC system have issues after a collision. Unfortunately to diagnose it beyond getting the code 32 requires the Toyota Techstream tool.
