I put my 20's back on since the snow (i hope) has made its last major dump some weeks ago. I had pulled the hub caps off and just run the steel wheels over winter and made a mistake that I dont usually do.
The tolerance around the hubs and centers of the steel wheels is extreme and the two once coated with a rust 'film' locked themselves together and were a bitch to get off.
If you dont run the hubcaps I would recommend periodically spraying the hub with wd-40
