FREE to good Yaris - Full size bed conversion

Hey there,

A year ago I turned my 2007 yaris into a camper to chase a mining job in Mackay of which it brought me good fortune.

The bed involves removing the passenger seat (be sure to disconnect the seat belt sensor connection) and bolting *1. "a wooded frame" into the passenger seat attachment points. Then simply laying *2. "a custom cut trimmed wooden board" on top for the base. Throw on a few yoga mats and your good to go.

great job. btw, how do you sleep in the car, do you just lock the car and open the windows slightly? how about mosquitos? cheers.

Man that is pretty cool. I just got a yaris and was planing on sleeping in it because I go down to Sydney a bit and wanted to save on hotel bills(im a student).

Do you still have this? If not can you let me know a bit more detail on how you constructed the box? Cheers
