Hi, I am having troubles with Bat charging. I have 2 weeks driving with 10.8 to 11.5 volts (~70-80% Battery level). I chech my alternator and its working rarely, in some times at low rpm lights start blinking (high ripple voltage). But also, I have noticed Low RPM when car is at idle speed (~400 - 600rpm) are this normal? Anyone knows what is the minimun rpm alternator, to supply 13.8V? Thanks, /jp

I think an alternator pretty much put out 13-14 v even at idle.
Can you have your battery tested under load at a shop?

Id try and get your battery tested, I think i saw something saying Auto Zone does free battery testing.

Hi All,
I applied the Batt's Garantee, but still with my doubt. I'll have to wait time to probe this, because I have no time to do more testing.
Check this:
-At iddle speed, voltage on batt terminal is 13.5 (same value adding A/A and lights)
-At 2000-5000 rpm, voltage ups to 13.7
Anyone have anysimilar conditions?.m Are this paramethers inside normal operation?
My alternator is a NM toyota Denso.
thanks any RE:

Your alternator output is a bit low, try replacing with a new battery and check your ground connections, if that doesnt help replace alternator.
