Those are/were one of the OEM wheel options for Europe.

They are part number: 42611-0D240

Sometimes in Canada, but no for the US.

Last night I was browsing google's street view of some Toyota dealerships in Italy (for my trip in a couple weeks). The grey Yaris in front of this one in Rome has those wheels on it.

I think my Mother-in-law has those on hers and she lives in SC, I think she lucked out and got them from someone in Canada some how.

My Toyota TTE Pittlane wheels came into Canada from Europe.

I just realized that the US 2012 SE rims are the same as those, but in 16".

Damn USA. CTScott is right. The closest to that OEM would be the 2012 Yaris SE model wheels.
