2012 Fog Light Kits

I saw that eBay has a bunch of OEM 2012 Yaris fog light kits popping up, from Southeast Toyota dealers, but they all seem to say does not fit the LE (I've seen at least 2 different postings that say it). To me the L and LE look exactly the same, I'd say it wouldn't fit the SE but 2 postings make me think that something is different from the L to the LE, any ideas? I have an LE, which is why I'm worried about buying them.

My suggestion would be to purchase them from an on-line TOYOTA dealership where you
can actually have contact with them,or your local dealership...

can you post the link to the fogs? they might not even be for the 2012 model. ebay sellers have a tendency to say their item their selling will fit any year and any model, just so someone will buy it.

does anyone know how to access the fog lights? I want to tint them yellow, but am unsure of how to gain access to them.
