I have been searching for wheels and have found not every online seller lists the Yaris or has limited wheels available for it compared to an Echo or Scion XA.
My questions are:
1. As far as fitment, shouldn't the Echo, Scion XA/XB, and Yaris all have identical fitment?

2. Are there any differences as far as hub diameter, lug nuts required, off-set spacing, etc.?

3. Could I search and buy wheels for an 05' Echo and assume they will work on my Yaris(provided tire size is correct)?

Thanks in advance for your help!

So a 17x7 with 38mm off-set will work? Tire rack says it won't fit and recommends a 17x7 with 45mm off-set. I worked out the dimentions and a 38 mm off-set will only stick out about an extra 1/4 inch.
