Need advice to fix broken suspension.

I have a 2007 Yaris HB. The bolt that mounts the left lower suspension control arm to the car had snapped off. My wrenches are imperial, previous cars were not metric, and I need to know what size wrench to get to remove the castle nut that is on the ball joint.

Any ideas what I'll need to do to extract the broken nut?

According to page 10 of the TSB, it's a 19mm. You might be able to get away with using a 3/4"
