Two 2012 Yari, that is. I have to admit, I really like the external aesthetics of the new generation. I like it better than my 2010, I must say. Can't comment on the inside of the vehicle, but I really like the outward appearance of the new Yaris....

Nope, I still like the "classic," non-Matrix looking version better...

It's all a matter of personal preference of whether you like the bubblier or edgier look. To me, I like the bubble better..

At first I was disappointed at the front cookie cutter cop out fascia, but once I got over it and accepted titI guess its cool. But even then, no sedan...

Its styled nicely, but priced poorly. Fully loaded at 20k, personally, I'm now in sleek turbo Veloster ball park. Not good.

I've seen a couple now here in Sydney. They look very nice in person. I will keep my 07 for now. Wait until the 012 depreciate in value then scoop a second hand one up in a few years.

Sweet! My wife and I got ours a month ago. We absolutely love it! Traded in a 2007 Saturn Vue to get it. Didn't really want to get rid of the Vue but rented a 2012 Yaris base L for a trip to Orlando and loved how it drove, the great gas mileage and how easy it was to maneuver and park in the city. Went online and learned they has an SE trim level and loved how it looked and all the stuff it came with so went with that. Only problem was our two local Toyota Dealerships didn't have an SE in stock so had to locate one out of state and have it drove back some 430 miles. On first oil change at 5000 miles will go full synthetic Mobil 1 5w-30 from then on. SE model ride is stiffer but feels more solid on road especially at hiway speeds (70+ mph) and with the sport tuned suspension it handles noticeably better than rental we drove. But whatever trim level you go with they are great little cars. Toyotas last forever so looking forward to many years and miles of happy motoring in our Yars.

Amazingly, there are still few Yaris models around my area, so I am still somewhat unique on the road.
