Loud Doors

Hi everyone,

Just have a quick question. I just bought my new 2007 yaris and i find that when I close the doors, they shut with a loud clunk! Is this normal in all cars? I'm just curious if anyone elses doors are loud?

Just like the Matrix, the door cavity inside is large and echos... It sucks because it's not the typical "Toyota door THUD"... You can fix this by putting some more insulation in the door cavity.

Buy 20 sq ft of butyl mat and sound dampen the door shell.
