No power to OBD2?

Hopefully someone can diagnose me and get this workig, I bought two of those bluetooth OBD2 transmitters and neither will turn on, one of them has LEDs for power and connection etc and nothing lights up.

Ideas?

Check the 7.5A OBD2 fuse in the under the bottom of the dash fuse panel.
