So in thinking of going with a custom exhaust set up most likely cat back. I was wondering what average cost is ? And should I go custom exhaust or like a prefabed set up?

There's no pre-fabbed set up, unless you mean you'll just replace the piping after the second cat to a bolt-on aftermarket axle-back.
That would be a waste of money, I think -- just have your favorite exhaust shop make you an exhaust. Around here that would cost $200-400 depending on your materials and muffler/tip choices.
1. Cat-back will meaning cutting off your exhaust after the second cat and welding the new one on.
2. You'll need to decide whether or not you're putting in a new resonator or just a muffler at the back.
Yaris liftback exhaust goes in this order. Hope this helps.
header (with O2 sensor) > 1st cat > second O2 sensor > 2nd cat > piping > resonator > piping > muffler > tip
