I have a 2009 Yaris YRS with the stock HU that has the Aux port on the bottom right (Australian here). I'm running a CarPC and plugging it into that port at the front but want to move the cable to the back.

Is there wiring on the back that I can rig to accept an aux in?
If there is and I do that, is there a way to have the front port override it if my missus plugs her iphone into it?

So two aux inputs, one back and one front. Front one overrides. Sounds simple right?

It's this stereo even though this is a YRX

You can open the radio and tap into that AUX jack, but I don't think you'll be able to override with a plug. A jack can only do so much. You probably could do it if you did some PIC or Arduino programming but it would we WAY too complicated (IMHO)

You could quite easily wire it in with a toggle switch though which would allow you to select front or back jack. That would be pretty easy to do.
