Nitto Axle Back... Silencer?

Hey guys!

I bought a Nitto Axle Back from MicroImage and I love it.
BUT... there's some kind of ''silencer'' in it, which I cannot get out.

It looks like it has been mounted in it permenantly.

How to get it out?

I mailed MI already, but still havent got any response yet... Maybe some of you guys or Garm can answer me on here :)

No silencer, that is the actual design of the muffler and tip :)

yeah mine was real quiet at first but got a bit louder after a while, I guess the silencing material inside has to "break in". But I loved the sound of it :)

I also think it's made that way, and not a silencer. I don't have one on hand to inspect, had to go by pictures. Sorry we didn't get right back to you by email.

That's ok! The sound is getting louder by the day each time I drive :D so it's all good!

you could paint the inside part with some flat black high temp paint, I considered the idea too... but then I got used to the looks :D
