I bought these 5zigen inperios on e-bay about a year ago and they were pretty trashed. The former owner had cracked them but had the cracks welded. I had them media blasted and rattlecanned them metallic black. I've enjoyed them for the looks they get but I want to lower the Yaris and these just won't do. They rub at the locks but not during normal driving. The tires are still in good shape. I'd be willing to trade for some average 15x8 or 15x7 rims and tires (average but not ugly). Stockers (not steelies) are even a possibility These tires are 1 year old and still have plenty of tread. Local (STL) trade preferred. Within 50 miles or so is good too.

Agreed on the height but even if i go with a 35 I'd have issues after I lower it 2"

Before somebody else says it (not flaming, just informing), the tire height is actually a percentage of section width which in this case is 102.5mm or 50% of the 205 in the 205/50ZR17

What about changing tire size? 50mm is a thick profile for 17s?

17 x what?
Offset?

"They rub at the locks" means they rub when the wheel is turned fully? Both ways?

Sorry, 17x8 (205s are perfect for 8" so I just thought???) Yes, they rub when I turn all the way like when backing out of a space but if i drop back just a little it goes away. Not a destructive rub like tearing out the fenderwells but you can feel it and hear it. Can't do reverse donuts with these. Darn the luck.

Dont know the offset but they are flush with the fenders.

Yea you should get rid of those, an 8in wheel with 205s is almost always going to rub on a Yaris especially if the wheel/tire is flush. Do you know where it is rubbing? Is it on that little bracket holding your fender/bumper. That is where mine are rubbing you have to shave that bracket down. I rolled/pulled my fenders so other than full clip turn hitting that bracket, I get no rubbing and I am running hella poke. 15x8 +20 195/50/15
