Local Yaris sighting....

So I was out getting some Wendys earlier and I thought I saw another white LB Yaris pull into the parking lot across the street while I was in the drive thru. I got pretty pissed. I pride myself in being the only Yaris LB I have seen around my area. Not to mention white. I mean, I had to have the dealer pull it in from about 200 miles away. Turns out ( I pulled in that lot to search for it) it was a Matrix. I was very relieved. Has anyone else had similar sitings?

yea, @ first glance they can be similar, not too tough to tell apart though.

Time to start modding your yaris, so you are the only one with (insert mod here) around :)

I haven't had another Blazing Blue "sighting" since I got my baby.
I have seen a couple of LBs up here in the midwest.

i'm still in the process of converting my yaris to a vitz. my mission is almost complete. vitz LED tail lights, HID head lights, and vitz emblems are on their way. ;)

i will most likely be the only vitz in dallas, texas.

I had to work today, and there in the middle of my smoke break I saw another liftback in the parking lot IDENTICAL to mine ('cept it had the steel wheels). Worst thing, the "teenager" that owns/drives (?) it put PINK flowered seat covers & a hairy PINK steering wheel cover in it. WTF? Hope nobody thinks it's mine!

Geroge (Impressive-G) and I are the only Yaris at our school that I've seen so far (The only Sedan and LB), I take pride in that. Where I live, is infested with Sedan Yaris, so LBs are rare for me to see, let alone dressed up atleast.

I just got back from a 1700mi Round Trip with not a single Yairs LB nor Sedan siting. I was the only one on the road. I was disappointed but at the same time it was great to be original. :)

Well... I'm on a quick trip right now, parked my car at the airport next to a meteorite metallic yaris, lowered, with what looks like those C-One rims, quite nice. So the cars right now are probably having a deep philosophical discussion about what it means to be a Yaris :laugh:

If it's still there when I get back tonight, I'll be sure to take some pics :smile:

But, as I was admiring it when I pulled into the parking spot, I hit the front of my car on the cement curb thingie, and now my lip is cracked :cry: :cry: :cry:

Oh well... time for that RS front bumper now I guess :laugh:

i've seen another red one around here, i think i'll take a drive in the mustang to make sure i'm still the only red one. there was a blue one the other day, was cool 'cause as i drove by, the guy gave me a thumbs up. lol, we're like jeep owners

wow, we wish the situation was the same here in SoCal. we see at least 2 yaris LBs a day, and at least 4 yaris sedans everyday. all colors and packages. hell, there are 2 liftbacks and 1 sedan on our street!! then again, we see a ton of pretty much every car around here, even ferrari enzos, bentleys, rolls', lambos, lotus', benz SLRs, even skylines!! the only car we've never seen on the road around here is the McLaren F1...

Still no liftback. A guy I work with has the olive color in the sedan and I saw a white sedan coming home from work the other day. I would def wave to a fellow Yaris owner.

In the northern VA/MD/DC metro... There are liftbacks galore... I saw 4 liftbacks just on my commute home... 2 blazin blue...

Dang...still no LB sightings here but I saw a Meteorite Metalic sedan the other day. Brings the sedan total up to 3 and only my lonely Polar White LB.

Ive seen 4 so far.

1 red.
1 black.
1 blue.
1 silver.

I drive a black one myself so i was a little ticked when i saw the other black one. its make me REALLY sad b/c i thought i was the only one with a LB. I see the sedans all over the place.
