how does everyone have such large pics in their sigs? i thought the limit is 19kb?

I don't know either but those *^%$#! huge pics irritate the hell outta me!

Upload to a host site such as photobucket, then copy and paste the image link to your sig. That's what I did, but I also kept my file size pretty small when I made my sig.
