Where does this clip to on the windshield cowl? (pic)

I can't think of where it goes for the life of me..it's part of the hose for the windshield washer spray

It goes underneath the cowl and attaches to the maze of other wiper hoses. I'd have to pull mine all apart to tell you specifics.

On the left-most part of the plastic cowling, there's a small rounded indentation that it clips into. It will effectively divide the white piece in your pic in half.

I'm installing my header this weekend, and will have the cowl out. I'll snap some pics if you haven't gotten it sorted by then.

Yeah I havn't had a chance to get to it, it was kind of left in a long rubber house out from my cowl after the mechanics finished my car. Everything else on the job was done great except leaving this huge long thing just hanging loose.
