bluetooth connection with ipod

I have a recently purchased 06-11 yaris which the dealer told me had bluetooth enabled on the car when the first owner bought it, for making calls in the car but he didn't seem to know a lot about it. I was wondering if there was any chance I could connect my ipod touch via bluetooth to the sound system and play music as this would save me buying a stereo?

no aux, and it turns out it doesn't have A2DP or whatever's required to connect bluetooth streaming devices haha
