Has any smoke vinyl wrapped the RS replica tail lights? I want to give it a try but there is s small ridge right in the middle of the tailight and I'm afraid it will just leave a big bubble. Anyone tried it yet ?

Do you have the material already? If not, look into the Vans spray that Garm sells (http://shop.microimageonline.com/VANS-smoke-paint-VAN0011.htm) I used it on my side markers, and it worked great.

Mine are tinted with the spray, looks pretty good. (vten did it before I bought them off of him.)

The other nice thing about the spray is that you can start with a base coat, and add more if you want to go darker.

Yeah I already have it , I thought the vinyl would be more durable. Well I guess I'll give it a shot if it doesn't work at least I can just peel it off....

all the taillights I have tinted we took the lense cover off and sprayed them on the inside of the lense. Was much easier and required no clear coat or buffing.

the Vans paint Garm sells works great and goes a long long ways.
