Headlight Led Bar

I'm trying to see if its possible to create a led bar (with angel eyes bar) as the photoshop bellow.

I found a video that show how to create custom angel lights:

I would do it with either surface mount leds or superflux leds.
The glass/plastic rods won't light up as much as you show it on the pic.

That video uses a couple of cool techniques to maximize the illumination of the plastic rod, but even with that the two LEDs per rod would make them barely visible in daylight.

Found these lights: ORACLE Concept SMD Strip

They have the straight line light that I wanted but they are not very flexible.

Well you can try what this guy did to his chrysler 300.
