I was recently backing out and I once I turned my head to look over my left shoulder from my right to see if there were any cars in the other direction coming, a car speeding through the parking lot had collided with the back of mine, this left a huge dent in my bumper and I was wondering if it was possible to heat it up and push it back out without needing to replace the whole bumper? If not, an estimate for repairs/new bumpers would be greatly appreciated, thank you : ) Image posted below.

use a heat gun or a hair dryer on it then push from behind you might want to use a rag or a towel so that you won't burn your hand just heat it up and push out not to hot though

Let the sun do the work. It took about 7 days or earlier to pop it 90% back in the cali sun, especially during this hot week. As for the scuff, try using some D/A with Meguiars Ultimate Compound. Works well.
