A toughy paint question-8R3

My Yaris 2012 Sedan-yeah, it's a Sedan. Apparently, they had a bunch of late model 2011 sedans and called them 2012. Everything on mine is the exact same as the 2011. Here's the question, the color used, 8r3-pacifica blue metallic, is available only on fleet vehicles. Closest I've come to getting touch up paint is a guy who will drill down from the paint code and custom mix some paint at the unbelievable price of $15 for a two-ounce touch up pen. It probably doesn't include a clear coat which will need to be sprayed. Can you guys help?

One of the online options. Touch up paint is pricey. $15 locally sounds not too bad provided he can get the match perfect.

I bought "3PO" paint cans from them, and the match was perfect!!
