What does ECP coverage give me ?

My Yaris has ECP Coverage for another year, but I am unable to find anywhere what exactly that gives me. There is nothing on Toyota Canada's website that I can find.

I have coverage til October 2013 .. and my dealer pretty much told me that the warranty isn't worth anything and pretty much told me they wouldn't honor the warranty anyways. The thing is that the original owner paid several thousand dollars for this extra warranty, but I cannot find that it was anything but a Toyota cash grab and is worthless.

I am looking for information from other Canadians on what their experience is ?

This is what it says on Toyota's website for my vehicle .. "NEW TOYOTA VEHICLES 84 Months /200,000 kms" but gives no details.

I got a whole big brochure with what it covers. Seems to cover a lot of stuff. Kind of bizarre that your dealer would tell you that, but nothing surprises me anymore.

It's a Toyota warranty.
