Where to plug boomslang harness to draw power?

Title says it all. Low profile 10a fuse for power but where should I plug it in? Tried one open spot under the hood fuse box but it just buzzed when I turned the ignition key and car wouldn't start.

For ignition switched power for the FIC you can either connect it to the pink wire on the ignition switch or you can use the red wire in pin 28 of the other ECM connector.
