Hi, i was wondering if anyone has replaced the speakers (front and rear) in gen. III Yaris ?...if somebody has pictures of them it be even better. I'm curious if they are made by Fujitsu Ten (Eclipse) or not .
Thank you:bow:

I replaced mine with a set of 6.5 inch 4 way 350 watt Pioneers that I bought on sale on Amazon, total expense for 4, $112. They sound really really clear and do a nice job of separating out sounds and are loud enough to run you out of the car. They could use a little more bass. I am thinking about adding a small subwoofer, or a small pair of sub woofers as well.

Dan,
The OEM speakers do not appear to have been made by Fujitsu Ten. The markings look like possibly Pioneer or Matsushita (Panasonic). Either way, they suck something fierce.
Adapters will need to be fitted to insure proper spacing between the door panel and the window regulator. The Scosche SAT6 adapters fit best and increase the mounting depth to roughly 2.75 inches.

I used these adapters, purchased through Amazon. The SAT6 front adaters are an exact fit. Some cutting and drilling of the SAT69 rear adapters is necessary. Both will install with no modifications of the vehicle itself.

I gutted the speakers from my old 11 Yaris I had left over to make adapters to fit in the 12 Yaris ;)
