205/40 17s and eibac sportlines

On a 42 millimeter offset rim will there be a problem rubbing?

Bought some craigslist rims. 205/40 17 rear, 205/45 17 rear. Just had mounted. So far so good.:thumbsup:

I have the Eibach with 205/40/17 with 42 offset and it will only rub with 3 passengers in the back.
