Increase HP in my Yaris 1.0L

Hello,

I have just bought a Yaris with 1.0L engine and I have not yet modified it(still in original condition). I want to fit it with turbo without causing any harm to the pistons and crank shaft. Is it possible to do so? If yes, which garett should I buy or any other accessories?

low boost on stock internals should be good. you're gonna have to do some more research on your own though...

I also have a vitz 1.0L Auto transmission and wishes to have more power and HP.. anybody help, till now i've got only an exhaust, thats all.
