has anyone used an aem cai, or an injen cai on there 2012. Any issues with CEL, placement or any other snags?

if it's for a second gen yaris, it will fit the 3rd gen as far as I know. mine swapped over with no issues.

i have a 2012 se. the aem cai fits perfectly. no CEL either. it's all just bolt on stuff =]i installed mine last month. no problems what so ever. the aem cai gives the yaris a nice growl when u rev up to 3k rpm or more. idk about the injen, but i'm sure it's as good too.

I installed a K&N cai meant for a 2011. Bolted right in except the heat shield needed some trimming. No lights on CEL or other lights.
No a huge fan of the car sounding like a 2 stroke Detroit Diesel. It only happens under load, so no real issue.

just installed it two weeks ago, noticed a big difference in hp, torque, and fuel. It has a really nice low growl to it, it turns head when i rev it lol. Definitely worth the buy.

Based on what you guys are saying and ease of installation I am gonna order an AEM intake system for my 2012 SE also...
