Sometimes the windows come off their guides. I would recommend talking off the back door panels and checking to see if they are still in their guides.

Start by checking the 30A POWER fuse in the fuse panel that is behind the storage pocket to the side of the steering wheel. It is a large square fuse, rather than one of the little micro fuses.

It is likely that the mechanical failure of the rear caused the fuse to pop, which is now preventing the rest from working.

On my 2010 three door hatchback the power window on passenger side will not go down with either door switch, might that be a simular fuse issue caused by a mechanical failure? I have 35000 miles do you think that problem will fall in to 36000 warranty service?

It's not a fuse, since it is not all windows. I would think that it would be covered by warranty.

I have an appointment tomorrow for a recall on my 08 Yaris sedan they are saying some yaris's are having problems with power windows not functioning properly, not sure what the problem is but you might look into the recall for faulty power window operation..
