Cowl piece misaligned

I was wondering if anyone has had this happened to them, it's my 3rd time this has happened and nothing seems to fix it even had dealership try it stayed put about a month and keeps coming apart. Any suggestions! 49349

Crashy 2 does that as well. In her case the clips along the seam are damaged from when the hood was pushed back into the cowling.
