mineral vs sythetic oil.....and what grade?

mineral or synthetic oil? people told me to use mineral on my engine , while others told me full synthetic...what is the difference? i google it but cant find the exact answer...1.0l engine

I use synthetic since pricing is good for me as opposed to mineral oil. Once you change your oil regularly, you shouldn't have an issue. If ever in doubt of an oil change, just change it. Cheaper to buy oil than an engine.
