Anyone gone through any specific company to get custom grill emblems made? I am considering one from the grill and the rear for my 2009 3 door.

Best of luck. Generally you will pay 200-500 bucks for a custom emblem since there is the design and tooling process. Also they usually require you to make an order of several hundred to thousands just to have it made. I did a lot of research as I wanted to have a pair made for Tiamat a couple years back.

No one specific, but there are a few places like this:

I got one done a few years back for my dodge at billetbadges.com though they seem to focus on the fords and dodges. they may make a custom toyota one for you cheaper than some. I think mine was like $45 or so but that was back in 2005 or 2006.

may be worth a look/call

custom grill emblems?

Yeah, make 'em yourself. You can get sheet-aluminum from Michael's or a hobby shop and draw your own design on it. Then get out your dremel and cut yourself a custom design for your car:

Paint it whatever color you like and stick it on with 3M Auto-Tape. You save yourself a bundle and get exactly what you want. I never liked the Toyota logo, anyway!
