I need to tap power for a in-dash camera. I need +/- wires. Which would be the best place to get it from? The camera should turn on when I switch on the ignition. The camera is also connected to my 2din head unit. Would it be okay to splice into the head unit's power source or should I look else where?

I was going to do the same thing for my dash cam.
I'd use either the 12v outlet circuit or the radio, Toyota has a habit of combing them on one fuse but I'm not sure about this car.

I actually have 2 cameras. A wireless rearview camera that is connected to the backup lights. It turn on when I switch to reverse.

The front view in-dash camera, I'm thinking the head unit's power line. I also need to power the receiver that gets the rearview wireless video signal. I'm thinking of using the HU power again?
There is a also a "back-con" wire which I assume is the line that detects the car is in reverse and switches to input for rearview camera. I guess I'll tap that into the reverse backup's positive line as well.
