Intermittent rear wiper switch kit 4 dummies?

Is anyone making an intermittent rear wiper switch kit for dummies? I live in a foggy area and being able to do this modification would be great.

Wiring-wise it will attach per my DIY. For making it dash-mountable for you I will use a potentiometer that is designed for panel mounting, so you would drill a hole, slide it through from the back, and tighten a nut to secure it.
