Possible starter issue?

Recently had a bit of front end damage where the bodyshop had to replace the rad, AC compressor and the bumper. Got it back last night and it started fine.

Got in my car this morning and starter wouldn't even turn over. Interior lights, low beams etc were all working. Tried jumping + pulling neg terminal off battery, and nothing.

Anybody have this problem before and/or know what the problem is?

Did all the normal dash lights come on?

All the dash lights that are normally on are lit yea. Nothing seems out of the ordinary until I actually turn the key to start it, then nothing happens.

Could be a relay or wire or the starter itself

Check the fuses on the power cable from the battery. Check starter fuse. Possible they damaged/forgot to tighten ground straps.
