Wanted to thank you guys, I have a 2010 I have had three years and started reading you guys articles. I took off the hubs and painted rims with beauty rings and center caps. ( will post some pics in a bit )
Also just got today TRD sway bar which I hope to put on tomorrow.
Christmas money was burning a whole in my pocket and the warranty is off in Feb. Thanks again.

I can't wait to see how the rims turned out. I want to get rid of the hub caps and do not have the money for rims. This sounds like a good alternative. Post pics PLEASE!!!

I love the look of trim rings and dust caps! Should have been standard equipment rather than the plastic wheel covers.

Has anyone done a larger center cap? Like a baby moon. I would like to paint mine white then add the trim rings and a larger center cap. If no one has where can I get the smaller chrome cap like in the picture.

Thanks

I know the smaller dust cap of mine (3rd picture down, the black one) was from NAPA and was part number 730-2411 but they aren't an exact fit. I lined the inside of it with double sided tape and mashed them on. they stay on when you take the wheels off and have held up for a while. the person that recommended it to me (user yar1s I think) said she had hers on for quite some time and all was good.

I was a little leery of the double sided tape at first myself.

not sure you could do baby moons but that would be cool if you could pull it off.

Yeah, I believe the only way for baby moons to work on stock steelies would be with the assistance of an adhesive. It's been talked about a lot, but nobdy has ever done it.

The name on them are "DrifZ" The Z is red. Just went to a rim shop and told them what I was looking for. They had alot of caps and the guy there helped me get one that almost fit. I did use some double sided tape. You can see it close but normal distance away it looks great.

My favorite Yaris wheel treatment short of pricey JDM stuff.
