wharehouse rental in US for overseas sellers?

Anyone know of how much wharehouse rental would cost to a seller who is overseas? say singapore perhaps? (if you know, please state the cost for your state and which area of the state.) Seller is also wanting to know if he can get people to distribute their items if they get a wharehouse in US.

Im curious as well, when I looked here in my area in canada its about $4 a sq.ft. +/- id have to check back into it but its bounced around huge here.
Hopefully someone can help.
