Toyota Yaris Inner Fender Liner

Hello everyone.
I have a problem with my inner fender.
I have a Toyota Yaris 2003.
I was trying to drive my car and i saw that all my front inner fender was outside of the wheel. (only the right side).
I can't drive the car right now since it is touching the wheel.
How can i install it back?
I saw that there are some kind of screws. but i didn't know how to remove them and i didn't want to use force.
Does some know how to remove and install it back again?

just pull out the "screws" with a flat head screwdriver slowly and with some force and just pull

Thank you it worked.
Now i can see that the inner fender is a bit torn in some parts and the bumper is torn in the screws area.
Does someone as an idea how to fix it?

Pictures would help. Without some, 'torn' could mean many things.
