Kind of. You need one that with M12 threads. That one has a hole about 1.5 cm, that you just shove over the threads. If it really is 1.5 cm, then it would be loose. Also, I would stay away from any that don't have a threaded insert, as I would be afraid of slip on ones coming loose while shifting.

I don't see any reason why not. The shipping might take a while as it's sent out of Hong Kong.
I even made an old school 1960's style Hurst "Cue Ball" shift knob I got off ebay fit by drilling a hole that would engage the threads...

In my opinion, it's the most comfortable feeling shift knob around. Stuck one on my truck, too.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Think I'm just going to stick with the black Delrin that MI offers. I'd rather not chance it not fitting properly. Just really wanted something TRD for show.

nope, nothing like that. This one came with a TRD shifter cage I imported from Japan.
Leather with at TRD logo and a "carbon fiber" insert in the top, approx 2" round.
Please note price change. (sorry about that) Retail is $120 shipped from Japan

...but realize that it needs to be drilled to fit your shifter.
I used successively larger bits until it would tightly engage the threads of the shift rod. And then simply screwed it on.

Just a plastic packaging.. do not remember the country of origination (but definitely not japan). But mine is totally awesome in terms of quality (totally happy with it).
I did some research at that time to kinda determine that 25-35 bucks is an appropriate price range for this knob.
