Here is a shit ass pic of the shifter I am going to machine this weekend...
basicly it is a ball with a small collar, it has a beval on the inside so the small cone piece can be used to pinch the shift boot for a clean install.

they will be easy to duplicate, not sure if it will work on yours since it is already hacked and welded. We are actually using a pin to attach the shit ball and a set screw (for adjustment) for the lower cone.

If it works? come on Chino? 2 BORED Ohio brother and a machine shop, it WILL work

I know I know. I don't doubt ya. But it better look fucking clean! Like, SO fresh and SO clean. Nothing but the best for the Yaris.

That is what I am after clean clean clean... all you are going to see is a ball, BTW we are going to anadize it Black then have the Netz logo lazered in, total investment of the project will be $15 for the anadizing and $35 bar tab for my bro and his friend who does the lazering

no plastic inserts.. this is precise machining  ... but my dreams are finally going to come true.... the 4 inches of bar stock of Aircraft aluminum is in the back of the Yaris ready to turned at 11:00am today...

no more janky Photoshop, real photo's today guys, I should have the shifter ready for anodizing today, and I will have it back from that guy Tue or Wed cause he's got some stuff going on... after that I am going to have the JDM Netz logo (seen to the right) lazered onto the top

Then the fun task of making a custom shift boot, good think my mother was seamstress when I was growing up (yeah, I can sew, and make thinks out of material, like custom interiors).... so there is an up date for all of ya'll pix up later today

Sorry guys, I asked my bother to reproduce them, and he works for a big machine shop here in Toledo, and him doing the one for me was not exactly Kosher, one reason it took so long, he had to work on it little at a time when machines were free.... but if anyone else knows someone at a machine shop willing to turn some of these out, I have a guy that is anodizing hella cheep and does a great job, and has a quick turn over time......

good news.... I found someone localy to make these for me, he is pricing out the materials, and revamping the program so the knob can be threaded on for those of you that do not have cut down shifters like I do
