Radio works but no sound?

I have a 2006 toyota Yaris RS with the OEM Head unit. The LCD sreen work, I can change FM radio station but I have no sound from the speaker? Is the internal amplifier is broken? Or Is that the radio has 2 fuse for work? thanks I need your help

The radio is powered by two fuses, but the second only holds the station memory, so unless something is set wrong, you have likely blown the internal amplifier.
