How hard is it to change out a stock steering wheel and put one of these on? Is it just a couple bolts and a wire for the horn? What about Airbags, or are they just under the windshield on the 2008 liftbacks?

You need to purchase a hub adapter, NRG or Works both make one for the Yaris (which you can likely get from Micro Image). Bolts right up after that. You will loose your drivers air bag if you go this route. I would not recommended this for the street.
