There is a rattling noise coming from my drivers side door every time I close the door or hit a bump. does anyone have a diagram or set of instructions for removing the door panel?

There's a thread in the DIY section called something like "30 second door panel removal".

well i fixed the rattle in the door, apparently this bracket had come lose where it has foam gluing it to the outside door panel.
i put a few dabs of super glue on the foam and pushed it back where it was, and for added redneck assurance, some duct tape.

Superglue is only for non-porous materials. I would use Automotive Goop instead, which will do a good job of bonding it back in place.

its was dry rotted looking and torn, the duct tap should hold it together. since my budget for repairs right now is 0 i will have to stick with what i did instead of acquiring something else. thanks for the info :D

In case anyone is wondering if this is the source of your rattle, here's a video so you can compare the sound to what you've been hearing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dfza6yZjXUc
