Hi everyone,
I just registered for an account on yaris_world and have a few questions, After replacing stocks parts on the Yaris, how did you guys sell or get rid of them because right now, they are just taking up extra space..
I would appreciate a comment:thumbsup:

Place an ad in the For Sale by Private Party Section with prices - the cheaper it is the faster it sells. :)
Though this being your first post is not a very good one.

Fort Benning! I had basic training there back in 1989. Welcome.

Why not keep them just in case? Later on if you decide to sell it you can put the stock pieces back on, and sell the aftermarket ones. Plus you'll get that much extra towards your new purchase!

Yeah im just in a transition unit (medevac) from afghan. just want to find ways to better the Godess (aka my Yaris ) aand your right im might just keep them just in case.. Is it true that the throttle body off of a toyota corolla can fit on the yaris hatchback >???

The parts i have on already are : Enkei 17' rims,, yokahama S Drive Tires, k&n cold air intake, Spec D Racing Halo Projectors, megan racing exhaust, NRG Grounding kit , weapon R throttle controller unit , Megan Racing lowering springs............... And soon to have a custom welded OBX Midpipe exhaust system. ANY SUGGESTIONS ? ?

Hi jb,

I wasn't very far away and trained at Fort Rucker in Alabama.

I generally use this forum and ebay to sell my stock parts... but only after I'm sure I won't need them.

Since you mentioned a Weapon R throttle control, I have a question. Does it close the throttle any faster than stock? My stock ECU delays the throttle close as a gas mileage aid, and I'd like it to close faster.

Saw a DIY on installing a throttle controller and looks like I would only do this if I were going to race the car.

YES it does, the I-Throttle unit is great.. It has two settings once programmed, Economy 1-7 and Power 1-9... closes a lot faster

Well , that is why it has an Economy setting .. its well worth it if you like to take off faster too :)
