2012 Yaris SE ... Needs a new "Fuel Tank" ....

I was unable to avoid what looked to be a metal hose end from a fuel truck that refills gas stations. :mad:

Bad new it punctured my fuel tank and emptied a half tank in a few minutes.

Anyone replace one? DIY or Dealer?

Looks like about $900 with parts and labor! :eek:


Any Advice? My 2012 Yaris SE has 10,500 miles on it.

There are about half a dozen 2012 fuel tanks listed on car-part.com (which is a database of junkyard parts) for $100 to $222.
